Week 1 - Prerecorded guidance videos to get you started with supporting downloadable PDF resources
Week 2-12 - A weekly live Zoom session (Tuesday's at 7:45pm) where you will learn about the midlife brain and how to work with it. Includes a variety of coaching and therapeutic techniques that will allow you to make small achievable steps. We use the power of the mind and visualisation to build your confidence and help you smash your goals. Hypnotic trance to melt away stress and anxiety and rewire subconscious thought patterns and behaviours that have been holding you back.
A 1:1 session that you can book in at any stage during the 12 weeks. You can bring a specific issue to this session that you are struggling to shift and have that focus on you.
A sleep hypnosis download to help you drift off to sleep at night, stay asleep, reduce stress and rewire thought patterns.
Access to a Facebook group especially for Embrace and Empower members, so if you choose to, you can find support from each other by sharing experiences, tips and advice
